I’m Cade Causey, a pre-licensed counselor and Knoxville native, and I specialize in OCD treatment using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)—an evidence-based therapy proven to help people face intrusive thoughts without letting them control their lives. My approach also integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques and supportive, personalized guidance to help you gain control, reduce anxiety, and reclaim your freedom.

About Me
I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Johnson University and my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Outside the office, I’m a husband and dad who loves sports and a good cup of coffee!
